About the Recipe

Quick and easy snack for parties and get-togethers. Refreshing and healthy!

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen corn

  • 1 red pepper - chopped

  • 1 green pepper - chopped

  • ½ cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro (optional)

  • 3 green onions w/tops - diced

  • 1 can black beans. Drained and rinsed.

  • Dressing:

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ¼ tsp salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1


Set out frozen corn while preparing



Step 2


Mix dressing. Pour over combined salsa ingredients.
