Easy and delicious passing dish for everyday or parties.

Ingredients
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 14 oz. can cream style corn
1/2 up sour cream
2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 cup shredded cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9" x 9" backing dish.
Step 2
Whisk eggs and oil then milk and honey
Add corn, cheddar and sour cream.
Step 3
Stir in Jiffy mix. Mix until just combined.
Step 4
Pour into dish and place in oven.
